1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy describes how the PROJEKTS.RF website (the “Operator”) processes and safeguards visitors’ personal data.

It is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and other applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

By submitting the contact form and ticking the consent box, you voluntarily agree to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.

• Message content submitted through the contact form
• Files you voluntarily attach (NDA templates, technical assignments, etc.)
• Legal entity details and information about the signatory when you use the contract generator: name, INN (tax ID), KPP, OGRN, legal address, banking details, name and position of the head of the organisation
• On-site chat dialogue contents (only if you enter information into the chat input field)
• Technical data sent automatically by your browser: IP address, user agent string, timestamps, and the URL of each page requested

• To handle enquiries and support requests
• To contact you by telephone or email in connection with a consultation
• To prepare commercial proposals and project estimates
• To improve the website and analyse how it is used
• To meet legal obligations under the laws of the Russian Federation

5. Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, on one of the following grounds:

• your consent as the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
• performance of a contract to which you are a party, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
• legitimate interests of the Operator, provided they are not overridden by your rights and freedoms (Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph 7 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

Federal Law No. 152-FZ is the Russian statute governing personal data; this Policy describes its application to processing carried out by the Operator and is not a translation of EU GDPR.

6. How we process data and who receives it

Processing may involve automated tools, manual review, or both. We do not disclose personal data to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires us to do so.

To deliver and operate the website we engage the following processors:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — technical gateway that delivers messages submitted through our forms (contact, suppliers, deal passport, short request). Only the fields you fill in are passed through. The processor is located outside the Russian Federation; transfer is based on your consent.
• Hosting provider — for storage of server logs and request metadata (IP address, user agent).
• PJSC Sberbank (OGRN 1027700132195, INN 7707083893) — provider of the GigaChat API, which generates replies of the on-site chat assistant. Sberbank receives: the text of your chat message and up to 8 most recent messages of the dialogue. The chat backend runs on the Operator's infrastructure in the Russian Federation; calls to GigaChat go to Sberbank's Russian infrastructure (ngw.devices.sberbank.ru, gigachat.devices.sberbank.ru). • LLC “Yandex” (OGRN 1027700229193, INN 7736207543) — only if you grant consent via the cookie banner. Receives anonymised visit data: IP address, browser and device information, referrer, pages visited, visit time and duration, on-page events (clicks, scroll). Data is processed on Yandex servers located in the Russian Federation under the Yandex Privacy Policy and Yandex.Metrica Terms of Use. Session recording mode (Webvisor) is disabled on this site.

We do not transfer personal data to any other third parties, except where required by Russian law (e.g. responses to lawful requests from authorised state bodies).

7. Security measures

We apply appropriate organisational and technical safeguards against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or dissemination of personal data.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as the purposes of processing require. Once those purposes are fulfilled, or if you ask us to stop, we delete or anonymise the data unless a longer retention period is prescribed by law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before you withdrew it.

10. Cookies and analytics

This site uses two groups of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (language preference, cookie-banner state, etc.). These are always set.
• Yandex.Metrica analytics cookies — set only after you give explicit consent through the cookie banner.

The web analytics service is Yandex.Metrica (counter no. 108663045), operated by LLC “Yandex” (OGRN 1027700229193, INN 7736207543). Metrica collects anonymised visit data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referrer, pages visited, visit time and duration, on-page events (clicks, scroll). Session recording mode (Webvisor) is disabled on this site.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by pressing “Accept” in the cookie banner (Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). Until consent is granted, the Yandex.Metrica counter is not loaded and analytics cookies are not set. If you press “Decline” or ignore the banner, no analytics data is collected.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing the site cookies in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit. You can also disable cookies entirely in your browser, which may affect site functionality.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version applies from the date it is posted on this website. The effective date at the top of the page shows the latest update.
