1. Rights holder

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all exclusive rights in the content published on the website ПРОЕКТЫ.РФ (hereinafter, the “Website”) belong to PROJEKTY RUSFORMAT LLC (INN 9705055196, OGRN 5157746125191).

2. Protected intellectual property

In particular, the following enjoy legal protection:

• All text published on the Website, including service descriptions, case studies, commercial proposals, and legal or technical materials;
• The structure and visual design of the Website, including layout, navigation, colour palette, and typography;
• Source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) developed specifically for the Website;
• Graphic assets such as the ПРОЕКТЫ.РФ logo, icons, illustrations, and infographics;
• Trade names and brands including “ПРОЕКТЫ.РФ”, “PROJEKTY RUSFORMAT”, “M-GROUP”, and related marks;
• Compilations and databases, including product catalogues and case descriptions.

3. Permitted use

You may:

• Browse the Website for personal, non-commercial information;
• Quote short excerpts with clear attribution to PROJEKTY RUSFORMAT LLC and проекты.рф, together with an active hyperlink to the original page;
• Share ordinary hyperlinks to Website pages.

4. Prohibited conduct

Without prior written permission from the rights holder, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, adapt, or distribute the Website’s text, design, source code, or other materials, whether in whole or in part;
• Use Website content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise feed artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems (including large language and generative models);

5. Artificial intelligence and machine learning

The rights holder expressly forbids use of the Website’s text and other content for model training, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or similar processing by AI systems without prior written consent. Restrictions communicated through robots.txt form part of this notice.

6. Governing law

Intellectual property on the Website is protected under, among other instruments:

• Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Arts. 1225–1551);
• The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works;
• The WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT); and
• Other applicable international and domestic rules.

Copyright subsists from the moment a work is created; neither registration nor any other formality is required (Civil Code of the RF, Art. 1259).

7. Liability for infringement

Violation of the rights holder’s exclusive rights may give rise to civil, administrative, and criminal liability under Russian law, including:

• Statutory damages ranging from RUB 10,000 to RUB 5,000,000 as determined by a court (Civil Code, Art. 1301);
• Compensation for actual losses;
• Criminal liability under Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of the RF where the infringement causes substantial harm.

8. Evidence and record-keeping

The rights holder periodically captures snapshots of the Website (including through reputable web archives and notarial certification) in order to document authorship and the priority of publication dates.
