Parallel import means bringing original goods into Russia without the rights-holder’s consent — a mechanism expressly authorized by the state. It is not counterfeit and not a gray market: it is codified in Government Resolution No. 506 and supervised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Third-Country Supply Routes — When Direct Channels Are Blocked
Goods travel from the country of manufacture to an intermediary jurisdiction, then onward to Russia. This route is used when a manufacturer restricts direct shipments but the products remain available in friendly markets.
Full compliance with Russian sanctions, customs, and currency regulations as well as transit-country requirements. Every step is documented.
We select the optimal transit jurisdiction — UAE, Turkey, Kazakhstan, China, and others — and coordinate transshipment, interim warehousing, and final delivery to your site in Russia.

How Re-export Differs from Parallel Import
Parallel import — original goods imported without the rights-holder’s consent, expressly permitted under Government Resolution No. 506.
Re-export — goods first transit through a third country (UAE, Turkey, etc.) before entering Russia. Used when direct export is restricted by the manufacturer or foreign regulators.
Both mechanisms are fully legal under Russian law. Sanctions compliance follows Russian legislation; secondary-sanctions exposure in transit countries is assessed and discussed with each client individually.
